二溴海因消毒粉消毒性能的试验研究

为了解二溴海因消毒粉剂的杀菌效果,以悬液定量杀菌试验方法对其进行了试验观察。结果,含有效溴400mg/L的该消毒粉剂溶液作用10 m in,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值分别为6.37和5.19。含有效溴3000 mg/L的该粉剂溶液作用6 h,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭对数值为3.10。用含有效溴400 mg/L的该粉剂溶液浸泡作用10 m in,对人工染于餐具上的大肠杆菌杀灭率达99.99%。有机干扰物存在时对二溴海因消毒粉剂杀菌效果有影响。用含有效溴1000 mg/L的二溴海因溶液浸泡72 h,对不锈钢基本无腐蚀,对铜、铝有轻度腐蚀,对碳钢有中度腐蚀。结论,二溴海因消毒粉剂可有效杀灭细菌繁殖体和细菌芽孢,该消毒剂溶液对金属具有腐蚀性。

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON DISINFECTION PROPERTY OF DIBROMOHYDANTOIN DISINFECTION POWDER

In order to know the germicidal efficacy of dibromohydantoin disinfection powder,suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to carry out experimental observation.Results: The reduction in viability of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to the disinfection powder solution containing available bromine 400 mg/L for 10 min were 10~(6.37) and 10~(5.19) respectively.The reduction in viability of spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger exposed to the disinfection powder solution containing available bromine 3000 mg/L for 6 h was 10~(3.10).Immersion in the disinfection powder solution containing available bromine 400 mg/L for 10 min killed 99.99% of the Escherichia coli artificially contaminating the tableware.Presence of organic interfering substance had influence on the germicidal efficacy of dibromohydantoin disinfection powder.Immersion in dibromohydantoin solution containing available bromine 1000 mg/L for 72 h caused essentially no corrosion of stainless steel,slight corrosion of copper and aluminum and moderate corrosion of carbon steel.Conclusions: Dibromohydantoin disinfection powder can effectively kill vegetative forms of bacteria and bacterial spores.Its solution is corrosive to metals.
