| 摘 要： | 目的：观察八味通络颗粒联合常规西药治疗扩张型心肌病的安全性及对血浆脑利钠肽（BNP）的影响。方法：选择60例扩张型心肌病患者，随机分为两组（各30例），治疗组予常规西药加中药制剂八味通络颗粒，对照组使用常规西药加八味通络颗粒模拟剂。疗程均为8周。观察治疗前后LVEDV、LVESV、LVEF、FS、E／A及血浆脑利钠肽（BNP）的变化情况。结果：血浆脑利钠肽水平随心功能的加重而升高，且在Ⅱ级与Ⅲ级、Ⅱ级与Ⅳ级之间有显著性差异（P〈0．01）．血浆脑利钠肽治疗组较对照组疗后无显著性差异，但组内较疗前均有很大改善。结论：八味通络颗粒联合西药较单纯西药治疗扩张型心肌病能够起到增效减毒的作用，改善心功能，缓解症状，未见不良反应。
