| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨高频电波刀宫颈电圈环切术（LEEP）在宫颈上皮内瘤样变（CIN）诊断和治疗上的临床价值。方法：回顾性分析58例经LEEP术治疗的宫颈上皮内瘤样变患者的手术、预后及病理级别变化的情况。结果：手术时间为2～18min，中位数为7min；术中出血5～25ml，中位数为9ml。58例患者LEEP术前、术后病理诊断级别相符19例，符合率为32．76％，升高7例，占12．07％；降低32例，占55．17％。结论：LEEP术在宫颈上皮内瘤样变的诊治中有着重要的价值，在治疗的同时又能进行诊断，是目前治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样变的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To discuss the value of loop electrosurgical excisional procedure （LEEP） in diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods： The operation, prognosis and the changes of pathological grades of 58 cases with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia treated by LEEP were retrospective analyzed. Results： The operation time lasted 2- 18 min and the mediam was 7 min. The amount of blood loss was 5-25 ml and the median was 9 ml.The pathological grade had no change in 19 cases （32.76%） and went up in 7 cases（12.07%）, while grade went down in 32 cases（55.17%）. Conclusion： LEEP has important value in diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, it can diagnose while treating,it is the first choice for the treatment of CIN. |
