摘    要:目的通过测定原发性肝癌(HCC)患者肝切除术前后外周血淋巴细胞免疫表型,探讨肝切除术前后免疫功能的变化。方法2005年7月至2007年1月,采用直接免疫荧光标记流式细胞术(FCM)检测86例HCC患者肝切除前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、NK细胞和HLA-DR含量变化。结果HCC患者肝切除术前后CD3 淋巴细胞、CD3 CD4 淋巴细胞和NK细胞(CD3-CD16 CD56 )的含量无明显差异。术后第1天、第3天、第7天和第14天外周血淋巴细胞CD3 CD8 含量明显低于肝切除术前和术后第21天的(P<0.01)。结论肝切除术可导致HCC患者细胞免疫功能低下。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of hepatic resection on surface phenotypes of peripheral blood lymphocytes in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods From July 2005 to January 2007,peripheral blood lymphocytes of 86 patients with HCC were measured by direct immunofluorescence labeling flow cytometry before and after hepatic resection.T lymphocytes subsets,NK cells and HLA-DR phenotypes were evaluated.Results There was no significant change with CD3 lymphocytes,CD3 CD4 lymphocytes and natural killer cells in peripheral blood in HCC patients.The patients had a significantly lower number of CD3 CD8 positive lymphocytes in peripheral blood on day 1,3,7 and 14 after hepatectomy than that before operation and on day 21 after hepatectomy(P<0.01).Conclusion Hepatic resection might suppress cellular immune function of the patients with HCC.
