| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨P73、CyclinD1在子宫内膜癌中的表达以及二者的相关性。方法：采用免疫组化SP法对14例正常增殖期子宫内膜、19例不典型增生内膜以及43例子宫内膜癌中P73、CyclinD1的表达进行研究。结果：在子宫内膜癌中，P73和CyclinD1的阳性表达率分别为69．77％和74．42％，明显高于不典型增生内膜（36．84％、52．63％）、正常增殖期子宫内膜（均7．14％）中的表达（P均〈O．01）。P73的表达随组织学分级的升高而增强（P〈0．05），CyclinD1的表达随手术一病理分期的进展而增强（p〈0．01），二者均随肌层浸润深度的增加、淋巴结的转移而表达增强（P均〈O．05）。在子宫内膜癌中，P73、CyclinD1表达呈正相关性（r=0．3923，P〈0．05）。结论：P73、CyclinD1在子宫内膜癌中均高表达，且具有正向协同作用，在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展中有重要意义。
