| 摘 要： | 目的:观察自拟眼突方治疗Graves眼病激素治疗后复发的疗效。方法:对28例（51眼）诊断为 Graves眼病激素治疗后复发的患者进行分组治疗观察。中药治疗组14例（27眼）用眼突方;西药对照组14例（24眼）继续用激素。结果:治疗组有效和显效22眼,总有效率为81.48％,对照组有效和显效15只眼,总有效率为62.50％,2组比较,差异有显著性意义（P<0.05）。结论:眼突方治疗 Graves眼病激素治疗后复发的疗效比继续用激素的疗效为好。

| Abstract: | ve: To observe the curative effect of Yantu Fang(YF) for relapse of Graves' disease after hormone treatment. Mehods: 28 cases(51 eyes) with relapse of Graves' disease after hormone treatment were allocated to 2 groups. Chinese herbal drug treatment group 14 cases(21 eyes) were treated by YF and 14 cases (24 eyes) were treated by hormone as control. Resutlts: In treatment group, 22 eyes were effective and markedly effective, the total effective rate being 81. 48% ; in control group, 15 eyes were effective and markedly effective, the total effective rate being 62. 50% . The difference between two groups was significant ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: YF is better than hormone for relapse of Graves disease. |
