| 摘 要： | 目的分析儿童神经母细胞瘤（NB）的临床诊治特点，以提高早期诊断率，减少误诊。方法回顾性分析1998－2008年我院收治的12例NB患儿的临床资料。结果本组NB以贫血、发热、骨痛或关节痛、腹痛为常见临床表现；最常见的原发部位为腹部，占91．7％；确诊时均有转移。有9例曾被误诊，误诊率高达75．0％，常误诊为白血病、类风湿疾病等，经骨髓细胞形态学、B超、CT及病理检查等确诊。尿3－甲氧基－4羟基扁桃酸（VMA）检查阳性率仅40％。结论骨髓细胞学检查对早期诊断很重要，尿VMA检测阴性不能排除NB，B超、CT可提高肿瘤检出率。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of children's neuroblastoma (NB), so as to improve the early diagnosis and decrease the rate of misdiagnosis. Methods Twelve cases of NB diagnosed by marrow morphology,bultrasonic,CT and pathology from 1998 to 2008 were analyzed by the method of retrospective study.
