| 摘 要： | 目的 :整形美容界探求可注射用的软组织填充剂近百年历史 ,至今尚未找到一种理想的材料。方法 :本文总结了采用注射型聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶软组织填充剂的临床经验。从 1997年 10月至 1999年 12月 ,采用这种新型的软组织填充材料填充乳房、面颊、颞部、下肢、臀部和生殖器官等 ,共 2 0 88例 ,其中女性 2 0 6 9例 ,男性 19例 ,年龄17～ 74岁。结果 :本组病例填充前后比较 ,均获得满意的术后效果 ,总体并发症占 2 .2 % ,经处理痊愈。结论 :结果证实近期效果良好 ,并发症少而轻 ,不失为一种有前途的理想的软组织填充剂

| Abstract: | Objective: In plastic surgery it has been looking for an injectable soft tissue filling agent for more than 100 years, yet no one ideal has ever been discovered, this article summarized the experience of using hydrophilic polyacrylamide gel as an injectable soft tissue filling agent. Method: From Dec. 1997 to Dec. 1999, we used this agent as implant material in breast, cheek, thigh, buttock and sex organ in 2?088 cases. By comparing the pre-filling and post-filling appearance in our cases, we found the results satisfactory. Results: The total complication rate was 2.2%, all of them were cured. Conclusion: The results of our cases demonstrate that the preliminary effect of using hydrophilic polyacrylamide gel is excellent with few complications. It is probably an ideal soft tissue filling agent. |
