硅胶支架隆鼻术切口的应用与临床研究

目的 :为探讨隆鼻术切口对隆鼻美容效果的影响。方法 :对 6 11例隆鼻术进行回顾性研究 ,分析了各型切口的优劣、适应证及并发症 ,并对各型切口并发症的发生率进行显著性检验 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结果 :并发症的发生与切口类型选择有关。结论 :视患者具体情况选择隆鼻术切口 ,充分发挥各型切口的优点 ,扬长避短 ,是取得良好隆鼻美容效果的根本保证

Clinical study on types of incision in rhinoplasty

Objective: To compare the effects of incision on cosmetic results of rhinoplasty. Methods: Author made restropective study on 611 cases of rhinoplasty patients, compare the merits and shortages of various incisions, analyse the indications and complications of different types of incision. The rate of complication of different incisions were analyzed statistically. Results: The results showed that the complication's occurrance rate was linked with the type of incision. Conclusion: Chosing the proper incision according to the patient's state, bring into the merits fully and avoiding the shortcomings of various types of incision is the key of obtaining satisfactory cosmeticresults in rhinoplasty.
