| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨伤痛巴布剂外敷治疗急性软组织损伤的临床疗效和安全性。[方法]将就诊的急性软伤患者按时间顺序随机分成治疗组93例和对照组34例,治疗组于患处贴敷伤痛巴布剂,对照组贴敷镇江膏药。[结果]治疗组总有效率97.85%,不良反应发生率为0;对照组总有效率73.53%,不良反应发生率5.88%。[结论]伤痛巴布剂的临床疗效及安全性均优。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To observe the cure effect and safety of Trauma Cataplasma on acute soft tissue injury.[Method]Randomly divide into treatment group 1 (93 cases)and control one 2(34),group 1 takes Trauma Cataplasma,other applied Zhenjiang Plaster.[Result]The total effective rate was 97.85% for group 1,with bad reaction rate 0;for other group,they were 73.53% and 5.88% respectively.[Conclusion]Trauma Cataplasma has good clinical cure effect and safety. |
