多层螺旋CT仿真膀胱镜对膀胱肿瘤的诊断价值

目的 探讨多层螺旋CT仿真膀胱镜（CTVC）对膀胱肿瘤的诊断价值。方法对B超发现膀胱占位性病变的17例患者行CTVC和传统膀胱镜检查。使用导尿管将空气注入膀胱，进行多层面螺旋CT扫描，将获得的CT容积数据在工作站利用软件处理，重建膀胱CTVC图像，多角度观察膀胱，结果与传统膀胱镜和／或手术结果比较。结果17例患者均获得满意的CTVC图像，可清晰显示膀胱肿瘤的位置、大小和形态。均得到明确诊断，并与传统膀胱镜检查结果相符。结论CTVC对膀胱肿瘤的诊断是一种安全、无创、有效的检查方法，更适用于血尿患者，有尿道狭窄者和膀胱肿瘤术后的随访。

The diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT virtual cystoscopyin bladder tumors

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of multi - slice spiral CT virtual cystoscopy （CTVC） in bladder tumor. Methods Multi - slice spiral CT scans were performed in 17 patients with clinically suspected bladder tumor. The data of volume scans were transferred to workstation where images of CTVC were built by using soft ware. The results were compared with fiberoptic cystoscopy and/or operative findings. Results CTVC can clearly demonstrate the location, size, morphological features, extension of tumors. Conclusion CTVC is a safe, noninvasive and effective method, and it is worthy to be clinically applied in diagnosis of bladder tumors.
