银耳孢子多糖体内抑制肿瘤作用的研究

摘    要:目的:研究银耳孢子多糖对小鼠U14宫颈癌、H22肝癌、S180肉瘤的抑制作用。方法:采用肿瘤抑制率评价银耳孢子多糖在1、6和12mg/kg3个剂量时,对肿瘤的抑制作用。结果:银耳孢子多糖在3个剂量下,对小鼠U14宫颈癌、H22肝癌、S180肉瘤均有一定的抑制作用。对于U14官颈癌,在1mg/kg剂量时,间隔给药抑瘤效果最明显,抑瘤率为43.6%,与对照组相比差异显著;对于H22肝癌,在6mg/kg剂量时,间隔给药抑瘤效果最明显,抑瘤率为72.3%,与对照组相比差异显著;对于S180肉瘤,在6mg/kg剂量时,间隔给药抑瘤效果最明显,抑瘤率为84.9%,与对照组相比差异显著。结论:银耳孢子多糖对小鼠U14宫颈癌、H22肝癌和S180肉瘤,均有较好的抑制作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the anti-tumor effect of polysaccharide from fermented Tremella fuciformis in mice.METHODS Using the inhibition rates on tumor to investigate the inhibition effect of polysaccharide from fermented Tremella fuciformis on tumor tissue at the dose of 1,6,12 mg/kg in mice.RESULTS At the dose of 1,6 and 12 mg/kg,Polysaccharide from fermented Tremella fuciformis exhibit certain inhibition effect on U14 cervical cancer, H22 hepatoma and S180 sarcoma in mice.These inhibition effects were evident at low dose by administered at interval of two days than that of one day.The inhibition rate on U14 cervical cancer of polysaccharide from Tremella fuciformis was 43.6%(P<0.01) at the dose of 1 mg/kg;on H22 hepatoma was 72.3%(P<0.01) at the dose of 6 mg/kg;on S180 sarcoma was 84.9% at dose of 6 mg/kg.The difference was significant compared with control group.CONCLUSION Polysaccharide from fermented Tremella fuciformis have better inhibition effects on U14 cervical cancer,H22 hepatoma and S180 sarcoma in mice.
