| 摘 要： | 采用原子吸收分光光度法测定百色乐业产及金秀产绞股蓝茶中的铜、锰、铁、钴、硒、锌、镁、铅、镉、砷等１０种微量元素，并测定两种不同产地茶中氨基酸总量和ＶＣ总量。结果表明：绞股蓝茶中含有丰富的人体必须微量元素和氨基酸及ＶＣ，且发现乐业产绞股蓝茶中各种营养素含量均高于金秀产绞股蓝。其中有害铅、镉、砷等元素检出含量远低于国家限制范围。

| Abstract: | enmicro-elementsasCu,Mn,Fe,Co,Se,Zn,Mg,Pb,Cd,andAsweredeterminedinGynostemmapentaphylumteaproducinginLeyeandJinxiubyatomicabsorptionspectrophotometry(AAS),andthecontentofaminoacidandVCoftheteawerealsodone.Re-sultsshowedthatGynostemmapentaphylumteahasabundantofmicro-elementsthathumanbodyneeds,andofaminoacidandofVC.ItindicatedthateverynutritivecontentintheteafromLeyeishigherthanthatinJinxiu.ThecontentofpoisonouselementsasPb,CdandAsisfarlow-erthanthenationalstandardlimitation. |
