| 摘 要： | 对３４例婴幼儿哮喘发作期患儿进行外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群、血清总ＩｇＥ及ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ测定，并设健康儿为对照组进行了比较。结果表明观察组ＣＤ＋２、ＣＤ＋４及ＣＤ＋４／ＣＤ＋８比值比对照组减少（前者Ｐ＜０．０５，后二者Ｐ＜０．０１）；观察组血清总ＩｇＥ平均值为１４０８．７ＩＵ／ｍｌ，明显高于本院正常值（＜４５０ＩＵ／ｍｌ），而ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ值经统计学处理与本院正常值对比差异无显著性。

| Abstract: | heT-lymphocytesubpopulation,bloodserumtotalIgE,IgG,IgA,andIgMweremea-suredin34patientswithasthmainthestageofatackandcomparedtothehealthycontrols.Re-sultsshowedthattheCD 3,CD 4andtheratioofCD 4toCD 3islessthanthoseofthecontrols(thefirstoneP<0.05,thelatteroneP<0.01);theaveragevalueofbloodserumtotalIgEintheobservedgroupis1408.7IU/ml,obviouslyhigherthanthenormalvalueofourhospital(<450IU/ml),butthedifferenceoftheIgG,IgA,IgMstatisticsvalueisnotobviouscompariedtothenormalgroup. |
