| 摘 要： | 应用ＣＤ单克隆抗体对４０例结核病患者和３０例健康对照组的外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群和自然杀伤（ＮＫ）细胞进行检测，结果发现结核病患者ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４、ＣＤ８明显减少，与正常对照组比较，差异有高度显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１），表明结核病患者细胞免疫功能普遍低下。而不同年龄、性别的患者相互比较各比值差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。并讨论了结核病Ｔ细胞亚群和ＮＫ细胞变化的临床意义

| Abstract: | T-lymphocyte subpopulation and NK cells were measured by CD monoclon antibody from 40 patients with tuberculosis and from 30 healthy persons as control group. Results suggest that CD 3 , CD 4 and CD 8 obviously decreased in patients with tuberculosis. Compared to the control group, the difference is significant (P<0.01). It showed that the cellular immunity function is generally low in patients with tuberculosis and it is not related to the age and sex (P>0.05). The clinical changes of T-lymphocyte subpopulation and NK cells were discussed here. |
