新药“止咳宝”的临床疗效

通过观察新药“止咳宝”用治慢性咳嗽患者38例,并与32例同类患者空白用药双盲随机对照,证明“止咳宝”具有理肺祛痰、止咳平喘和“兼补而散之”的特点,对咳嗽有卓越的疗效,动物毒性实验证明本品安全无毒。临床上用于治疗慢性支气管炎,尤其是肺寒咳嗽、痰湿咳嗽,疗效理想。临控率90％以上,显效率60％以上,是治疗慢性寒性久咳的良药.

Clinical Effects of Zhi Ke Bao

Seventy patients suffering from chronic cough were treated with Zhi Ke Bao for a course of treatment. It was observed that Zhi Ke Bao can regulate the lung, dispel sputum, relieve cough and asthma, and exert a dispersing effect as well as a tonic effect. Its antitussive effect was satisfactory, and it was safe in clinical use and was proved to be non-toxic through toxicologic tests in animals. This drug is suitable for treating chronic bronchitis, especially for cough of lung-cold type and of phlegm-dampness type, the clinically control rate being > 90% and the markedly effective rate being > 60%. It is considered that Zhi Ke Bao is an effective remedy for chronic cough of cold type.
