重症急性胰腺炎18例外科治疗分析

目的总结重症急性胰腺炎（severe acute pancreatitis,SAP）的诊疗方法,分享其手术治疗经验。方法回顾性分析2007年1月到2012年1月我科收治的18例SAP患者临床资料,分析此病的临床特点、手术治疗方法和治疗效果。结果本组患者治愈12例,治愈率为66.7%;好转3例,好转率为16.7%;死亡2例,死因均为多器官衰竭,死亡率为11.1%,另有1例合并呼吸衰竭转入省级医院治疗。结论对SAP的手术治疗,应结合患者的实际情况来制定个体化治疗方案,同时掌握常用的手术方法,以做到尽可能提高患者的治愈率。

Surgical treatment of 18 cases of severe acute pancreatitis

Objective Summarize the diagnosis and treatment about the severe acute pancreatitis（SAP）,share their experience in the surgical treatment.Methods Retrospective analysis clinical data of patients with SAP of 18 patients the Gastroenterology from January 2007 to January 2012 in our hospital,analysis of the clinical features of the disease,surgical treatment,and therapeutic effect.Results This group of patients 12 patients were cured,the cure rate was 66.7%,improved in 3 cases,the improvement rate was 16.7%,2 patients died,the cause of death were multiple organ failure,the mortality rate was 11.1%,while patients with respiratory failure transferred to the provincial level hospital treatment.Conclusion SAP surgical treatment should combined with the actual situation of the patient to develop individualized treatment programs,control of both the common surgical method to do as much as possible to improve the cure rate of patients.
