| 摘 要： | 目的调查粤西地区肾结石流行病学特征。方法采用整群分层随机抽样方法对粤西地区21682名常住居民通过问卷调查、临床和肾脏B超检查调查肾结石情况,并对基线调查进行相关分析。结果本地区肾结石患病率为7.8%。多因素分析显示肾结石与男性、糖尿病、肾结石家族史、高蛋白饮食、高糖饮食、高钠饮食、高嘌呤饮食和饮水量有关（P〈0.05）。结论肾结石的发生与多种因素有关,应从多方面进行预防。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the epidemiological features of kidney stones in the west of Guangdong.Methods A questionnaire survey,clinical and B ultrasonic examination were conducted among 21682 residents by stratified cluster random sampling from this area,and the baseline data was analyzed.Results The rate of kidney stones was 7.8%.Multivariate analysis showed that the rate of kidney stones were related to male,diabetes,family history of kidney stones,high-protein foods,high-sugar diets,high-sodium products,high purine diet and water volume（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The occurrence of kidney stones is related to many factors,according to which wu should do more prevention jobs. |
