摘    要:目的探讨磷酸肌酸钠对手足口病患儿心肌损害的临床疗效,分析其对心肌的保护作用。方法选择本院就诊的手足口病并心肌损害患儿120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均常规给予抗病毒、抗感染以及对症等治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用磷酸肌酸钠。依据年龄不同给予磷酸肌酸钠0.25~0.5 g静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程为7 d。比较治疗前后心电图、心肌酶学的变化,以及临床疗效。结果 2组患者治疗前后心电图与心肌酶都有明显的变化,治疗组变化明显,临床疗效优于对照组。结论磷酸肌酸钠在应用于手足口病患儿并心肌损坏中的保护作用疗效确切。

Abstract:Objective To study the creatine phosphate sodium to children with hand,foot and mouth disease myocardial damage clinical curative effect,analysis on the myocardial protection.Methods Choose our hospital complaining of hand,foot and mouth disease and myocardial damage with 120 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two groups were conventional give anti-virus,resistance to infection,and such as symptomatic treatment,the treatment group in the conventional treatment on the basis of add a creatine phosphate sodium.According to different age to creatine phosphate sodium 0.25~0.5 g intravenous drip,1 st day,and treatment for 7 days.Comparison before and after treatment electrocardiogram,myocardial enzymology,and the change of the clinical curative effect.Results The two groups before and after treatment in patients with electrocardiogram(ECG) and myocardial enzyme has obvious changes,treatment group change obviously,clinical curative effect was better than the control group.Conclusion Sodium phosphocreatine in applied in children with hand,foot and mouth disease and myocardial damage protection of definite effect.
