| 摘 要： | [目的]观察胃癌患者血清可溶性黏附分子P-选择素(sP-选择素)及细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)水平的变化,探讨其临床意义.[方法]用ELISA法测定57例胃癌患者和47例正常人血清sP-选择素及sICAM-1水平.[结果]胃癌患者血清sP-选择素及sICAM-1水平明显高于正常对照组.胃癌患者血清两种黏附分子水平明显与病程、胃壁浸润程度、远处转移有关.[结论]血清sP-选择素及sICAM-1水平可能反映了肿瘤的发生和转移,具有一定的临床意义. |

| Abstract: | To observe the serum level changes of soluble cell adhesion molecules, such as soluble P-selectin (sP-ST) and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) in patients with gastric cancer (GC) and investigate their clinical significance.The serum levels of sP-ST and sICAM-1 in 57 GC patients and 47 healthy subjects were estimated by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The serum levels of sP-ST and sICAM-1 in GC patients were significantly higher than those in control group.They were clearly related with disease course, the degree of infiltration in gastric wall and presence of distant metastases.[Conclusion]Serum levels of sP-ST and sICAM-1 may reflect the occurrence and metastasis of gastric cancer, so possibly possessing certain clinical significance. |
