序贯吻合在冠状动脉旁路移植术中的应用

目的探讨序贯吻合技术在冠状动脉搭桥术(CABG)中的应用价值。方法34例冠心病患者,15例采取体外循环下序贯式冠状动脉搭桥术,另19例采取非体外循环下序贯式冠状动脉搭桥术。结果34例术中观察序贯桥血管均通畅,无围术期心梗,死亡1例(3%),总体并发症(胸骨哆开、二次开胸止血)发生率6%(2/34)。术后近期随访心绞痛症状均消失,活动量明显增加。结论序贯吻合是冠状动脉搭桥术中更加简单、有效的手术方法,而且并发症少,近期效果良好。

Coronary artery bypass grafting utilizing the sequential anastomosis

Objective To review the value of coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG) utilizing the sequential anastomosis.Methods Thirty four patients with coronary artery disease,the clinical data were of fifteen cases of sequential coronary artery bypass graft under cardiopulmonary bypass(CCBABG),nineteen case of sequential off pump coronary bypass graft(OPCABG).Results Thirty four patients sequential vascellum were patent,there were no perioperative myocardial infarct.Total mortality was 3%(1case death) and morbidity 6%(sternal dehiscence,stroke and mediastinum hemorrhage).Postoperatively,there were no angina any more in all cases,and physical activities increased in recent follow-up.Conclusion Sequential anastomosis is effective measure for coronary artery bypass graft,with less complication,and with satisfactory recent outcomes.
