| 摘 要： | 对115例先天性胆总管囊肿病人实施全方位护理,包括术前营养护理、有效控制感染、皮肤护理、疼痛护理等.术后胃管,引流管护理及并发症的观察及处理.结果115例行胆总管囊肿切除、肝管空肠Roux-y吻合术,因肝性脑病死亡1例,剩下114例中出现腹腔内出血2例,胆瘘4例,胆道感染8例,粘连性肠梗阻12例,因胆瘘或粘连性肠梗阻而行第2次手术5例,其余90例均痊愈出院.

| Abstract: | A total of 115 choledochal cyst patients were carried out omnibearing nursing care including preoperative nutritional care, effective infection control, skin care and pain care; postoperative gastric tube and drainage tube nursing, and observation and handling of complications. Results: All 115 patients had accepted choledochocystectomy and Roux-y hepatojejunostomy. One case died of hepatic coma. Among the other 114 cases, two cases complicated with intra-abdominal hemorrhage. Four cases complicated with biliary fistula.Eight cases complicated with infection of biliary tract. Twelve cases complicated with adhesive ileus. Five cases had accepted the second time operation because of biliary fistula or adhesive ileus. The other 90 cases have discharged with incision healing. |
