难免流产者蜕膜内自然杀伤细胞及淋巴细胞的活性

目的：了解难免流产患者蜕膜内自然杀伤细胞（NK细胞）活性及淋巴细胞增殖活性的改变，探讨其局部免疫状况的变化。方法：采用同位素掺入法检测患者蜕膜内NK细胞活性及淋巴细胞增殖活性，并采用正常早孕妇女蜕膜作对照。结果：难免流产组蜕膜组织内NK细胞活性显著高于正常早孕组（P＜0.01）；难免流产组淋巴细胞增殖活性显著高于正常早孕组（P＜0.05）。结论：难免流产患者子宫蜕膜内NK细胞活性及淋巴细胞增殖活性显著增高，揭示患者局部的免疫功能是亢进的，与流产关系密切。

Alterations of NK Cells and Lymphoproliferation Activity in Decidua Tissue of Patients with Inevitable Abortion

Objective:To sutudy the alterations of NK cells and lymphoproliferation activity in decidua tissue of the patients with inevitable abortion,and to ascertain the local changes of immune function. Methods: NK cells and lymphoproliferation activity in decidural tissue of the patients were tested with isotope incorporation method.The decidual tissue of normal pregnancy women were chosen as controls.Results: The NK cells activity in the decidual tissue from the patients was higher than those from normal pregnancy wemen (P<0.01).Lymphoproliferation activity was higher,too(P<0.05). Conclusions: NK cells activity and lymphoproliferation activity in decidual tissue of the patients with inevitable abortion were higher than those of normal pregnant women. It is suggested that the local immune function of the patients was sthenic,and it was relative to the abortion.
