FASTIN骨锚在肌腱、韧带止点重建中的应用

目的探讨FASTIN骨锚在肌腱、韧带止点重建中的应用。方法选取2006年3月至2010年3月期间46例不同部位肌腱、韧带止点处撕脱性骨折或断裂患者(男性28例,女性18例)。采用合适的FASTIN骨锚,包括微型骨锚和螺纹骨锚,对患者予以肌腱、韧带止点重建,术后随访X线和关节功能。结果 46例患者中,根据不同部位肌腱、韧带止点撕脱性骨折或断裂的特点,16例采用微型骨锚,30例采用螺纹骨锚。术后随访6~13个月,平均9个月。采用FASTIN骨锚重建止点,操作简单,平均手术时间1.5 h,明显短于传统固定手术,术后重建区关节功能满意,无压痛,日常生活、工作无影响。X线未见锚钉松动、脱落。结论 FASTIN骨锚在肌腱、韧带止点重建中具有独特的优势,值得进一步推广和应用。

The Effects of FASTIN Bone Anchors in Reconstructions of Tendon and End of Ligament

Objective To explore the effects of FASTIN bone anchors in reconstructions of tendon and end of ligament.Methods Forty-six cases,including 28 men and 18 women,with teared fracture or rupture at different tendons or end of ligaments were selected from March 2006 to March 2010.Suitable FASTIN bone anchors,including mini bone anchor and thread bone anchor,were used to reconstruct tendons or end of ligaments.X-ray and function of joints were followed-up.Results In 46 cases,sixteen cases were accepted the application of mini bone anchor,whereas thirty cases were accepted the application of thread bone anchor,according to the characteristics of different tendons or end of ligaments.All cases were followed-up from six months to thirteen months.Medium followed-up time was nine months.FASTIN bone anchors techniques made reconstruction easier with medium operation time one and half an hour,compared the traditional fixation,reconstruction regions showed satisfactory function of joints and had no tenderness.Daily life and general work were not affected after operations.X-ray analysis did not show the loose or detachment of anchors.Conclusion FASTIN bone anchor technique has unique advantages in reconstructions of tendon and end of ligament,and is deserved further spread and application.
