降逆益中汤治疗胃食管反流病临床研究

目的:探讨降逆益中汤治疗胃食管反流病(GERD)疗效及对患者胃肠激素、血清一氧化氮(NO)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)水平的影响。方法:选取128例胃食管反流病患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法分为研究组和对照组,对照组患者采用西医常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合降逆益中汤治疗,两组患者均治疗6周。比较两组患者治疗前后的临床症状评分、胃肠激素、炎症因子及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,研究组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者各症状积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 治疗后两组各症状积分均下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 治疗后,两组患者MTL、GAS水平均较治疗前上升,且研究组患者MTL、GAS水平高于对照组(P<0.05); 治疗前,两组患者NO、hs-CRP及IL-18水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 治疗后,两组NO水平均上升,hs-CRP、IL-18水平下降,且研究组NO水平高于对照组,hs-CRP、IL-18水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用降逆益中汤治疗GERD可以改善患者症状、抑制炎症反应、调节胃肠激素水平,提高治疗效果。

Clinical study on Jiangni Yizhong decoction for gastroesophageal reflux disease

Objective:To investigate the effect of Jiangni Yizhong decoction on gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)and its effects on gastrointestinal hormone,serum nitric oxide(NO),hs-CRP and interleukin-18(IL-18)levels.Methods:A total of 128 patients with GERD were divided into research group and control group according to the treatment method.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the research group was treated with Jiangni Yizhong decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks.Symptom score,gastrointestinal hormones,inflammatory factors and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in symptom scores between two groups(P>0.05); Symptom scores of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in gastrointestinal hormone motilin(MTL)and gastrin(GAS)between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of MTL and GAS in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of MTL and GAS in study group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in NO,hs-CRP and IL-18 between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of NO in both groups increased,and the levels of hs-CRP and IL-18 decreased,and the levels of NO in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of hs-CRP and IL-18 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of GERD with Jiangni Yizhong decoction can improve the symptoms,inhibit the inflammatory response,regulate the level of gastrointestinal hormones,and improve the therapeutic effect.
