针对性护理对初产妇产后盆底康复依从性及盆底肌功能恢复的影响

目的探究针对性护理对初产妇产后盆底康复依从性及盆底肌功能恢复的影响。方法选择2017年6月至2019年2月于本院生产的初产妇84例,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,各42例。对照组采用产科护理常规,观察组给予针对性护理。比较两组盆底康复依从性及盆底肌功能恢复情况。结果观察组盆底康复依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组盆底肌功能恢复3级以上比例为90.48%,高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理可显著提高初产妇产后盆底康复依从性,促进盆底肌功能恢复,利于改善产妇产后生活质量。

Effect of targeted nursing on compliance of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation and recovery of pelvic floor muscle function in primipara

Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing on the compliance of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation and the recovery of pelvic floor muscle function in primipara.Methods Eighty-four primipara who gave birth in our hospital from June 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,42 cases each.The control group was given routine obstetrical nursing,while the observation group was given targeted nursing.The compliance of pelvic floor rehabilitation and the recovery of pelvic floor muscle function were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance of pelvic floor rehabilitation in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of pelvic floor muscle function recovery above grade 3 was 90.48% in the observation group,which was higher than the 71.43% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing can significantly improve the compliance of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation,promote the recovery of pelvic floor muscle function,and improve the quality of life of primipara after delivery.
