针灸结合穴位贴敷在脑动脉供血不足型眩晕患者中的应用

目的:探究针灸结合穴位贴敷对脑动脉供血不足型眩晕患者的影响。方法:随机选取160例脑动脉供血不足型眩晕患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各80例。对照组予以倍他司汀等药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用针灸结合穴位贴敷干预。治疗后,比较两组患者治疗效果、血流动力学指标左侧椎动脉血流速度(LVA)、右侧椎动脉血流速度(RVA)、基底动脉血流速度(BA)、平均血流速度(Vm)]、中医症候积分、眩晕状况月眩晕发生次数、眩晕持续时间、眩晕残障调查量表(DHI)]。结果:治疗14 d后,观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗14 d后,两组患者LVA、RVA、BA、Vm均升高,且观察组高于对照组(均P<0.05); 两组患者各项中医症候积分均下降,且观察组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗后1、3个月,两组患者月眩晕发生次数、眩晕持续时间、DHI评分均下降,且观察组均低于同时期对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:针灸结合穴位贴敷可以改善脑动脉供血不足型眩晕患者脑部血流动力学指标,缓解临床症状,改善眩晕,治疗效果显著。

Application of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint application intervention in patients with dizziness of cerebral arterial insufficiency

Objective:To explore the effects of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint application intervention on patients with dizziness of cerebral arterial insufficiency.Methods:160 patients with dizziness of cerebral arterial insufficiency were divided into observation group and control group by the random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with betahistine and other drugs,while the observation group was additionally given acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint application intervention on the basis of the control group.After treatment,treatment effect,hemodynamic status left vertebral artery blood flow velocity(LVA),right vertebral artery blood flow velocity(RVA),basilar artery blood flow velocity(BA),mean blood flow velocity(Vm)],TCM symptom score,dizziness status monthly dizziness frequency,dizziness duration,dizziness handicap inventory(DHI)] were compared between two groups.Results:After 14 d of treatment,the effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).LVA,RVA,BA,Vm in both groups were increased after 14 d of treatment compared with those before treatment,and the indicators were higher in observation group than those in control group(all P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms were decreased in the two groups,and the scores in observation group were lower compared to control group(all P<0.05).At one month and three months after treatment,the frequency of monthly dizziness,duration of dizziness and score of DHI in the two groups were shortened or reduced compared to before treatment,and the above indicators in observation group were shorter or lower than those in control group at the same time point(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint application can improve cerebral hemodynamics,relieve clinical symptoms,and improve vertigo in patients with cerebral artery insufficiency dizziness,with remarkable therapeutic effect.
