芎芷痛瘀消散贴治疗膝骨性关节炎膝关节痛临床研究

目的：观察芎芷痛瘀消散贴治疗膝骨性关节炎导致的膝关节痛（瘀血证）的临床疗效，并对其安全性做客观评价。方法：将入选的202例膝关节痛（瘀血证）患者，随机分为试验组152例与对照组50例。试验组给予芎芷痛瘀消散贴，5d更换1次，疗程10d；对照组给予通络祛痛膏，1d更换1次，疗程10d。结果：试验组总有效率为86．00％．对照组为66．00％，两组临床疗效比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。两组中医证候疗效、膝关节疼痛与压痛评分比较均无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：芎芷痛瘀消散贴治疗膝骨性关节炎导致的膝关节痛（瘀血证）的临床疗效确切，未发现明显毒副反应．可进一步推广。

Clinical study of Xiong Zhi Tong YU Xiao San Tie on Knee Pain(Blood Stasis Syndrome)induced by Osteoarthritis

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiong Zhi Tong Yu Xiao San Tie （Chinese herbal paste for removal of pain and stasis）on knee pain （blood stasis syndrome）induced by osteoarthritis and make objective evaluation on its safety. Methods：202 included cases of knee pain（blood stasis syndrome）were randomized into trial group（152 cases） and control group（50 cases）. In trial group,Xiong Zhi Tong Yu Xiao San Tie was administrated,once every 5 days and 10 days made a course of treatment. In control group,Tong Luo Qu Tong Gao （plaster for promoting circulation and removing pain）was administrated,once every 1 day and 10 days made a course of treatment. Results：The total effective rate was 86.00% in trial group and was 66.00% in control group,indicating significant difference in comparison（P〈0.05）. The significant differences were not presented in the therapeutic effects of syndromes in Chinese medicine, severity of knee pain and score of tenderness between two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion ：Xiong Zhi Tong Yu Xiao San Tie achieves definite clinical therapeutic effect on knee pain （blood stasis syndrome）induced by osteoarthritis and does not present remarkable toxic-side responses and it is worth to be further promoted.
