薰衣草对慢性肝病患者睡眠时间延长作用的研究

目的了解薰衣草对慢性肝病患者在改善睡眠、延长睡眠时间上的作用。方法将120例有睡眠障碍的慢性肝病患者随机分为薰衣草温水擦浴及足浴组(薰衣草组)、护士引导下渐进性放松训练组(放松组)、联合组及对照组,观察并评价干预前、干预1周及2周后其睡眠自评总分值、睡眠时间分值的变化情况,比较不同方法间的效果及特点。结果薰衣草温水擦浴及足浴能有效降低慢性肝病患者的SRSS自评总分及延长睡眠时间。结论薰衣草温水擦浴及足浴是一种简便易行、快速有效的提高睡眠质量、改善睡眠障碍的护理方法。

Study on effect of lavender on lengthening the sleeping time of patients with chronic hepatopathy

Objective To research the effect of lavender on improving the sleep quality and lengthening the sleep time. Methods 120 patients with chronic hepatopathy disease having sleeping disorders were selected and randomly divided into four groups: the group of hot-bathing and foot-soaking with lavender (designated as lavender group, n=29), the group of progressive relaxation training under nurse-guiding (designated as relaxing group, n=29), the union group (n=31) and the control group (n=31). The changes on the total score of self-rating of sleep state (SRSS) and the score of sleep time before the intervention, and one week and two weeks after the intervention were assessed. The effects and characteristics between the different methods were compared. Results The hot-bathing and foot-soaking with lavender could lower the total score of SRSS and lengthen the sleep time of insomniacs. Conclusions The hot-bathing and foot-soaking with lavender is a simple, high-speed and effective nursing intervention for improving the sleep quality.
