摘    要:目的 分析、评价 1 999~ 2 0 0 3年安徽省食品卫生样品的监测结果 ,为保障我省人民食品卫生安全提供参考依据。方法 依据中华人民共和国国家标准GB4 789- 94和GB/T5 0 0 9- 96 ,对 1 999~ 2 0 0 3年安徽省食品卫生样品进行监测分析。结果 我省食品卫生样品监测合格率有逐年升高的趋势 ,但各类食品合格率有较大差异 ,总体水平仍有待进一步提高。结论 为进一步保障食品卫生 ,食品卫生实验室的检测能力需进一步加强 ,检测项目需进一步扩展

Abstract:Objective To understand the present situation of food hygienic work in Anhui Province and provide basis for strengthening the food hygienic work further. Methods Samples of food hygiene during the period from 1999 to 2003 in Anhui province were tested and analyzed according to National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB4789-94 and GB/T5009-96. Results The qualified rates of the food hygiene surveillance in our province had a increasing tendency year by year. But the qualified rates were greatly different in all kinds of food. Conclusions Security of food hygiene has been ensured to a certain extent for the people in our province. But it is necessary to enhance the works of supervision and surveillance and improve the testing ability and expand the testing items further in order to meet the higher requires for ensuring the security of food hygiene under new conditions.
