胸椎单脊椎肿瘤前后路全脊椎切除及稳定性重建围手术期护理方法探讨

胸椎单脊椎肿瘤是一种常见的脊柱肿瘤,前后路全脊椎切除及稳定性重建是目前治疗这类肿瘤的全新方法,其围手术期护理方法很少有报道。本文回顾性分析我科2005年4月-2009年5月收治的18例胸椎单脊椎肿瘤前后路全脊椎切除及稳定性重建患者围手术期护理方法的疗效。18例患者均行术前心理护理、健康教育;术后体位护理、预防并发症护理、健康教育指导及出院指导等。18例患者术后获得6-48月随访,平均38月,随访期间无螺钉松动、断钉、断棒,X线评价植骨融合良好。没有患者因护理不当或出院指导不全面而发生并发症。本围手术期护理方法有效提高了患者手术治疗的效果,改善了患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。

Perioperative Nursing Method of Anterior Thoracic Spinal Tumor Resection and Stability of the Whole Spine Reconstruction of Single-thoracic Spinal Tumor

Single-thoracic spinal tumor is common in thoracic segment. A novelty method was introduced to treat such tumors,which denotes combination anterior with posterior resection and the reconstruction of stability of the whole spine. Yet the perioperative nursing method has seldom been reported. Eighteen cases with single-thoracic spinal tumor underwent surgical procedures mentioned above,and retrospective analysis was performed from April 2005 to May 2009,concentrating on the effects of the preoperative psychological care,health education,postoperative nursing,prevention of complications,health educational and discharge care guide. Patients were reviewed at an average follow-up of 38 months （range 6 to 48 months）. In all cases none showed signs of screw loose,broken nails and broken sticks. Every bone fusion was satisfactory according to X-rays. In addition,no complaint occurred due to inappropriate and uncompleted discharge guide. In conclusion,the perioperative nursing method is advocated to enhance the effect of surgical treatment of patients and improve the patient＇s quality of life. These methods are supposed to deserve popularizing.
