| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预在减轻球内注气患者术后疼痛的应用。方法:选取我科2008年6~8月68例行球内注气手术患者,对其采取一系列护理干预(疼痛教育、心理护理、提供轻松舒适的休息环境、体位护理、预防及缓解疼痛的方法指导)。结果:护理干预大大减轻了球内注气患者术后的疼痛,使患者身心得到舒适,加快了疾病的康复,缩短了住院的时间。结论:护理干预可减轻球内注气患者术后的疼痛,提高患者术后生活质量,促进疾病的早日康复。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on patients＇pain relief after vitrectomy with intraocular gas injection.Methods：Select the department from June to August 2008,68 in a routine ball injection gas surgery to adopt a series of nursing intervention in the intervention group（pain education,psychological care,provide rest easy and comfortable environment,postural care,prevention and pain relief methods to guide）.Results：Nursing intervention significantly reduced the pain of the patints with the intraocular gas injection so that the patients receive physical and psychological comfort,speed up the rehabilitation of the disease and shorten the hospitalization time.Conclusion：Nursing intervention can relieve pain,improve living quality and promote recovery of patients after vitrectomy with intraocular gas injection. |
