外伤性脾破裂55例保脾治疗体会

目的：进一步提高外伤性脾破裂的治疗水平。方法：对92年至2001年间外伤性脾破裂行保脾治疗55例做一回顾性体会。结果：非手术保脾治疗25例，仅2例中转手术，30例手术保脾治疗均取得成功。结论：脾脏虽不像心脑肾那样必不可少，但它是一个有重要功能的器官，拥有强大的抗感染、抗肿瘤的免疫功能，因此对脾破裂应尽量保留脾脏治疗。

Spleen-preserving treatment of 55 patients with splenic severeiniury

Objective: To increase further therapeutic level of splenic rupture with severe injury.Methods: 55 cases of spleen-preserving treatment were experienced retro-spectively from 1992 to 2001.Results: Spleen-preserving nonoperation treatment in 25,only 2 conversions from nonoperation to open surgery were necessary,30 cases of spleen-preserving operation were successful.Conclusion:Spleen is not integral as heart,brain and kidney,but an important organ which has an immune function of preventing from being intected and tumour forming,so splenic rupture should be treated by preserving spleen.
