| 摘 要： | 从１９８７年至１９９４年，对１６例３０眼有严重的Ｇｒａｖｅｓ眼病，经保守治疗效果不佳或无效者施行了眼眶减压术。结果表明，本手术是安全有效的治疗方法，对严重的Ｇｒａｖｅｓ眼病应及时的应用。文中对手术适应证、禁忌症、手术方法及并发症等进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | From 1987 to 1994 we performed 30 orbital decompressions in 16 patients with severe Graves' oph-thalmopathy in which the conservative treatment did not stop progression or did not yield sufficient improvement. The results indicated that the surgical orbital decomperssion is a very effective and safe way of treatment. It should be applied in time in severe cases of Graves' ophthalmopathy. The indications, contraindications , actual procedures and complications were discussed. |
