| 摘 要： | Ａ－Ｖ综合征７８例手术治疗，其中６６例有斜肌功能异常者行亢进斜肌减弱术，１２例无斜肌功能异常者行水平肌垂直移位法，均矫正了Ａ－Ｖ现象。故认为：对Ａ－Ｖ综合征应合理选择术式。

| Abstract: | Seventy-eight patients with A and V syndrome were treated by surgery. 66 patients with oblique muscle hyperfunction underwent weaking operation. The other 12 patients without oblique muscle dysfunction were treated with horizontal rectus muscle transposition- All patients'signs of A and V syndrome were disappeared after operation. Then author believes the result depends upon the ideal type of operation. |
