川芎嗪和参麦注射液对老龄大鼠脑缺血再灌注肾脏损伤的作用

摘    要:目的:观察大鼠全脑缺血再灌注后肾脏病理组织变化及有关指标改变。方法:观察老龄大鼠脑电图、血清BUN、CR、肾脏组织Na^ --K^ --ATP酶、Ca^2 --ATP酶活性外周血MDA、SOD、血中NE、DA、E水平变化。结果表明:川芎嗪和参麦注射液及其配伍具有明显保护作用,其作用机制与拮抗自由基损伤、调节ATP酶活性和降低肿瘤坏死因子及调节单胺类神经递质的变化有关,川芎嗪和参麦注射液及其配伍的作用机制有所侧重。

Abstract:Experimental study was conducted to observe histopathological changes and indexes related. Result: Ligustrazine and Shenmai Injection can obviously protect rats from tissue injury of kidney. The functional mechanism has some correlation with its ability to resist injury of free radicals, regulate ATP activity, decrease TNF, and regulate changes of monoamine neural transmitter.
