| 摘 要： | 酒精性肝病（alcoholic liver disease，ALD）是由于酒精的过量摄入导致的肝脏损害及其一系列病变，给人类健康带来极大的威胁，是我国目前面临的一大医学问题。库普弗细胞（kupffercell，KC）是一种肝巨噬细胞，在ALD过程中能够在内毒素（LPS）、氧自由基等刺激下产生一些列细胞因子和炎症介质，介导肝细胞炎症反应，导致肝脏损伤。本文综述了国内外对于KC在ALD发病机制中的作用研究进展。
