黄埔社区健康服务中心六位一体功能开展情况分析

目的 探讨影响社区卫生服务六大功能充分开展的因素,为社区卫生服务健康有序发展提供依据.方法 将黄埔社区健康服务中心创建三年来六大功能的开展情况进行比较分析.结果 从创建之初的单纯以疾病诊疗为主,三年来其他五大功能逐年快速增长,逐步形成六大功能均衡发展.结论 政府导向、监督措施到位、举办医院重视、居民健康需求、医务人员全科岗位培训是六大功能充分开展、社区卫生服务健康有序发展的主要影响因素.

Development Status of Six Functions as a Whole in Community Health Services in Huangpu Community Health Center
