895例老干部血液部分生化指标检测结果分析

目的探讨临潼区老干部血液部分生化指标测定值与健康人均值的关系。方法收集2007年度临潼区895例55岁以上老干部血液，对其进行钙（Ca）、镁（Mg）、磷（P）、葡萄糖（Glu）、尿素氮（Bun）、尿酸（UA）、γ－谷氨酰转肽酶（7－GT）、三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）的测定，比较其均值与健康人均值的关系。结果男性老干部的TG、TC、Glu、Bun、UA和Mg均高于健康人均值，而P显著低于健康人均值；女性老干部TG、TC、HDL－C、Glu、Bun、UA、P和Mg显著高于健康人均值。结论临潼区老干部血液部分生化指标与健康人均值之间差异有统计学意义，应引起高度重视。

Analysis on some blood biochemical indicators in 895 veteran cadres

Objective To investigate the relationship between the measured value and normal mean of blood biochemical indicators in Lintong district. Methods A total of 895 veteran cadres aged above 55 were enrolled in the investigation. The blood biochemical indicators including calcium （Ca）, magnesium （Mg）, inorganic phosphorous （P） ,glucose （GLU）, urea nitrogen （BUN）, uric acid （UA）, gamma glutamyl transpeptidase （γ-GT）, triglyceride （TG）, total cholesterol （TC）, high-density lipoprotein （HDL-C） were measured, and the results were compared with the normal levels. The relationship between the measured value and normal mean was analyzed. Results The results showed the serum levels of TG,TC,GLU,BUN,UA and Mg in males were all higher than the normal levels, but P level was significantly lower. The levels of TG,TC, HDL-C,GLU, UA,BUN,P and Mg in females were significantly higher than normal levels. Conclusion There are statistical differences between the measured values of some blood biochemical indicators in the veteran cadres and normal means in Lintong district, which should be paid more attention to.
