新复方大青叶片质量考察

目的建立测定新复方大青叶片中对乙酰氨基酚和咖啡因的含量方法,以考察新复方大青叶片的质量。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法测定新复方大青叶片中对乙酰氨基酚和咖啡因的含量。结果对乙酰氨基酚在130.24μg·mL^-1～911.68μg·mL^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系（r^2=0.9999）,平均回收率为100.3%,RSD=0.7%;咖啡因在12.496μg·mL^-1～87.472μg·mL^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系（r^2=0.9999）,平均回收率为99.56%,RSD=0.7%。结论方法简便快速,结果准确可靠,重复性好,可用于本制剂的含量测定和质量控制。

Quality investigation of new compound daqingye pill

OBJECTIVE To develop a method to determine the content of acetaminophen and caffeine in new compound daqingye pill in order to investigate the quality of new compound daqingye pill. METHODS Use HPLC to determine the content of acetaminophen and caffeine in New compound daqingye Pill. RESULTS The calibrati on curve showed good linear correlation within the amount range of acetaminopben from 130.24 to 911.68μg·mL^-1（r^2 =0.9999）.The average recovery rate and RSD were 100.3% and 0.7% （n= 6）respectively. The calibrati on curve showed good linear correlation within the amount range of caffeine from 12.496 to 87.472μg· mL^-1 （r^2 = 0.9999）. The average recovery rate and RSD were 99.56 % and 0.7 % （ n = 6） respectively. CONCLUSION This method is simple and rapid, the results are accurate, reliable and simple with good repeatability. Moreover, it can be used as both determination and quality control of new compound daqingye pill.
