上海市松江区大肠癌发病状况及趋势分析

目的]了解松江区1988—2002年大肠癌发病的状况及变化趋势。方法]通过肿瘤登记系统收集1988—2002年松江区居民大肠癌发病资料,统计分析大肠癌发病的时间趋势、人群分布和地区分布。结果]1988—2002年松江区大肠癌年平均发病率为18.54/10万,占全部恶性肿瘤的9.24%,居第3位;男女性大肠癌发病率随年龄增长而升高,高发年龄在45岁以上年龄组。男性大肠癌发病率高于女性。在地区分布上城区最高,城乡结合部其次,农村最低。结论]大肠癌发病率呈上升趋势,必须针对大肠癌的危险因素积极采取措施。

An analysis on incidence and trend of colorectal cancer in Songjiang district, Shanghai

Objective] To investigate the incidence and trend of colorectal cancer in Songjiang district from 1988 to 2002. Methods] The data of colorectal cancer cases were collected from the tumor register system from 1988 to 2002. The incidence, time trend, population and regional distribution of colorectal cancer were analyzed. Results ] The average incidence of colorectal cancer was 18.54/105 per year, accounting for 9.24% of the total tumors, and ranked the third of all cancers. The incidence of colorectal cancer in both sex increased with age, especially in groups over 45 years of age. The incidence of colorectal cancer in male was higher than that in female. Regional analysis showed that the incidence of colorectal cancer was the highest in the city, the countryside in rural ranked the second, and was the lowest in the county. Conclusion] The incidence trend of colorectal cancer is rising. Countermeasures to prevent the colorectal cancer according to the risk factors should be given.
