美容修复联合口腔正畸治疗前牙间隙的有效性

探析美容修复联合口腔正畸治疗前牙间隙的有效性。方法 选取我院2021年1月-2022年3月 收治的78例前牙间隙患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各39例。对照组予以美容 修复治疗，观察组予以美容修复联合口腔正畸治疗，比较两组咀嚼及发音功能、美观效果、临床疗效及 不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗后咀嚼及发音功能评分高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗后排列 整齐、覆盖及咬合正常比例高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率为94.87%，高于对照组的58.97% （P ＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为5.13%，低于对照组的46.15%（P＜0.05）。结论 对前牙间隙患者行 美容修复联合口腔正畸治疗总体治疗效果好，有利于提高口腔整体美观性，改善患者口腔功能，降低不良 事件发生风险。

Effectiveness of Aesthetic Restoration Combined with Orthodontic Treatment of Hag Teeth

To explore the effectiveness of aesthetic restoration combined with orthodontic treatment of hag teeth. Methods A total of 78 patients with hag teeth admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 39 patientsin each group. The control group was treated with aesthetic restoration, and the observation group was treated with aesthetic restoration combined with orthodontic treatment. The masticatory and pronunciation function, aesthetic effect, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The masticatory and pronunciation function scores of the observation group was higher than those of the control group after treatment (P <0.05). The proportion of aligned, covered and normal occlusion in the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment (P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.87%, which was higher than 58.97% of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.13%, which was lower than 46.15% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The overall therapeutic effect of aesthetic restoration combined with orthodontic treatment for patients with hag teethis good, which is conducive to improving the overall aesthetics of the oral cavity, improving the oral function of patients and reducing the risk of adverse events.
