二氧化锆修复体对口腔修复的效果

探究在口腔修复中应用二氧化锆修复体的效果。方法 选择2022年1月-12月于我院行口腔修复的70例患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组35例。对照组应用镍铬合金修复体进行口腔修复，观察组应用二氧化锆修复体进行口腔修复，比较两组咀嚼功能、牙齿美容评分及口腔修复效果。结果 观察组修复后牙齿咬合力、咀嚼效率均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组修复后牙齿颜色美观度、牙齿形状和对称性、牙齿排列和间隙、牙齿表面质地评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组口腔修复优良率为88.57%，高于对照组的65.71%（P ＜0.05）。结论 二氧化锆修复体在口腔修复中的应用效果确切，不仅能有效改善患者的咀嚼功能，还能提高其牙齿美观度，口腔修复效果较为理想。

Effect of Zirconia Restorations in Oral Restoration

To explore and analyze the effect of zirconia restorations in oral restoration. Methods A total of 70 patientswho underwent oral restoration in our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects. They wererandomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 35 patients in eachgroup. The control group used nickel chromium alloy restorations for oral restoration, while the observation group used zirconiarestorations for oral restoration. The masticatory function, dental cosmetic scores and the effect of oral restoration were comparedbetween the two groups. Results The bite force and masticatory efficiency of the teeth in the observation group were higher thanthose in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of tooth color aesthetics, tooth shape and symmetry, tooth arrangement and gap, andtooth surface texture in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The excellent and good rate oforal restoration in the observation group was 88.57%, which was higher than 65.71% in the control group (P <0.05). ConclusionZirconia restorations have a significant effect on oral restoration, not only improving the patient''s occlusal function, but alsoenhancing their aesthetic appearance, with ideal oral restoration effect.
