面部光子治疗仪辅助治疗面部痤疮的临床效果

探讨痤疮患者采用面部光子治疗仪辅助治疗的效果。方法 选取2020年8月-2023年2月本院收治的86例痤疮患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组43例。对照组采用常规西药治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上采用面部光子治疗仪治疗，比较两组临床疗效、皮肤状态、炎症因子水平、心理状况及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为86.05%，高于对照组的65.12%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；两组治疗后Leeds评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；两组治疗后TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6水平均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；两组治疗后SAS、SDS评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组不良反应总发生率为6.98%，略高于对照组的4.65%，但差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论 面部光子治疗仪辅助治疗痤疮效果确切，可有效改善皮肤状态，抑制炎症反应，改善患者负性情绪，且不会增加不良反应发生风险。

Clinical Effect of Facial Photon Therapeutic Instrument in the Adjuvant Treatment ofFacial Acne

To investigate the effect of facial photon therapeutic instrument in the adjuvant treatment of facial acne.Methods A total of 86 patients with acne admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to February 2023 were divided into controlgroup and observation group by random number table method, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was treated withconventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with facial photon therapeutic instrument on the basis ofthe control group. The clinical efficacy, skin status, inflammatory factor levels, psychological status and adverse reactions werecompared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 86.05%, which washigher than 65.12% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The Leeds score of the two groupsafter treatment was lower than that before treatment, and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-6 in the two groups were lowerthan those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group was lowerthan those in the control group (P <0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.98%, which wasslightly higher than 4.65% in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05). Conclusion Facialphoton therapeutic instrument is effective in the adjuvant treatment of acne, which can effectively improve the skin state, inhibit theinflammatory response, improve the negative emotions of patients, and will not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
