摘    要:氢气是一种无色无味、具有还原性的常见的一种小分子气体,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗凋亡等生物学功能,可用于多种疾病的辅助治疗。人们使用氢的方式已不局限于氢气吸入,还出现了氢水饮用、氢胶囊吞服、含氢溶液注射、含氢透析液透析等新方法,氢的生物学作用得到广泛关注。本文围绕氢在慢性阻塞性肺病、哮喘、肺癌、新冠肺炎、急性肺损伤、肺纤维化等呼吸系统疾病的作用及进展进行综述,期望氢及其制品能够更广泛地为人们接受并应用于临床。

Abstract:Hydrogen is a colorless, odorless and reductive molecule gas in daily life. It has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-apoptosis and other biological functions, and can be used in the adjuvant treatment of a variety of diseases. The use of hydrogen is not limited to hydrogen inhalation, but also hydrogen drinking water, hydrogen capsule swallowing, hydrogen solution injection, hydrogen dialysate dialysis and other new methods, the biological role of hydrogen has been widely concerned. This paper reviews the role and progress of hydrogen in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, lung cancer, COVID-19, acute lung injury, pulmonary fibrosis and other respiratory diseases, and expects hydrogen and its products to be more widely accepted and applied in clinical practice.
