结构化皮肤护理对动脉瘤患者失禁性皮炎的预防作用

分析结构性皮肤护理预防动脉瘤患者失禁性皮炎的作用。方法 选择2022年1月-2023年4月安徽医科大学第二附属医院收治的30例动脉瘤患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组15例。对照组采用常规护理方式，观察组在对照组的基础上采用结构性皮肤护理，比较两组刺激物强度、皮肤暴露于刺激物的时间、会阴处皮肤完整性、真菌感染程度、复发情况及护理效果。结果 观察组刺激物强度、皮肤暴露于刺激物的时间、患者会阴处皮肤完整性及真菌感染程度均优于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组复发率为33.33%，低于对照组的80.00%（P ＜0.05）；观察组护理总有效率为93.33%，高于对照组的53.33%（P＜0.05）。结论 结构性皮肤护理对动脉瘤患者失禁性皮炎的预防作用确切，有利于降低复发率，促进患者恢复，临床应用价值较高。

Preventive Effect of Structured Skin Care on Incontinence Dermatitis in Patients with Aneurysm

To analyze the effect of structural skin care on the prevention of incontinence dermatitis in patients withaneurysms. Methods Thirty patients with aneurysms admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University fromJanuary 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 15 patients in each group. Thecontrol group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with structured skin care on the basis of thecontrol group. The intensity of irritants, the time of skin exposure to irritants, the integrity of perineal skin, the degree of fungalinfection, the recurrence and nursing effect were compared between the two groups. Results The intensity of irritant, the time ofskin exposure to irritant, the integrity of perineal skin and the degree of fungal infection in the observation group were better thanthose in the control group (P <0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was 33.33%, which was lower than 80.00% of thecontrol group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 53.33% ofthe control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Structural skin care has a definite preventive effect on incontinence dermatitis in patientswith aneurysms, which is conducive to reducing the recurrence rate and promoting the recovery of patients, and has high clinicalapplication value.
