华琼从三焦论治慢性肾小球肾炎经验介绍

华琼教授从肺脾肝肾四脏关系、水湿与瘀血相互影响入手，从三焦论治慢性肾小球肾炎。华琼教授认为，引起慢性肾小球肾炎的病机为本虚、邪实，本虚为肺卫失宣、脾胃受阻、肝肾虚衰，邪实以湿热、血瘀、水湿为常见。治疗时以宣开肺气治其标、健运脾胃调其根、下益肝肾固其本、祛湿兼活血通脉为准则，紧抓致病关键，扶正固本，祛邪治标，标本同治。

Experience of HUA Qiong in Treating Chronic Glomerulonephritis Based on TripleEnergizer Theory

Abstract： Professor HUA Qiong started from the relationship between the four viscera of lung，spleen， liver and kidney， the mutual influence of water and dampness and blood stasis， and treatedchronic glomerulonephritis from triple energizer theory. Professor HUA Qiong believed that thepathogenesis of chronic glomerulonephritis was the deficiency of the lung， the obstruction of the spleenand stomach，and the deficiency of the liver and kidney. Damp- heat，blood stasis and water dampnesswere common causes of pathogenic- qi excess. In the treatment， the criterion was to diffuse lung qi totreat its symptom， to regulate the spleen and stomach， to strengthen the liver and kidney， to removedampness and promote blood circulation and vessels. Grasp the pathogenic key，supporting healthy qi andstrengthening body resistance， eliminating pathogenic factors and treating branch， treating both rootcauses and symptoms.
