中药调控肠道菌群改善阿尔茨海默病的研究进展

阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer’s disease，AD）是一种在中老年群体发病率高，严重影响生活质量的进行性神经退行性疾病，发病机制未明确，随着微生物-肠-脑轴领域的研究兴起，研究人员对中药用于治疗AD的深入研究，中药调控肠道菌群在AD的发生和发展进程中发挥的作用愈发受到重视。本文从AD与肠道菌群的关系，中药调节肠道菌群改善AD的研究现状进行综述，以期为中药防治AD的研究提供参考。

Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in improving Alzheimer's disease by regulating intestinal flora

Alzheimer''s disease (AD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disease with high incidence in middle-aged and elderly people, which seriously affects the quality of life. The pathogenesis is unclear. With the rise of research in the field of microorganism-gut-brain axis, researchers have made in-depth research on the use of traditional Chinese medicine in treating AD, and the role of traditional Chinese medicine in regulating intestinal flora in the occurrence and development of AD has been paid more and more attention. In this paper, the relationship between AD and intestinal flora, and the research status of regulating intestinal flora to improve AD by traditional Chinese medicine are reviewed, so as to provide reference for the research of prevention and treatment of AD by traditional Chinese medicine.
