瓷贴面和全瓷冠在口腔美容修复中的效果

研究瓷贴面和全瓷冠在口腔美容修复中的应用效果。方法 选择在2022年2月-9月我院收治的 80例口腔美容修复治疗患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组实施全瓷冠修复 治疗，观察组实施瓷贴面修复治疗，比较两组牙周袋深度、牙龈出血指数、附着丧失、美容修复效果、 修复满意度、并发症发生率。结果 观察组治疗后牙周袋深度、牙龈出血指数、附着丧失均优于对照组 （P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后颜色评分、形态评分、半透明度评分、边缘美观评分高于对照组（P ＜0.05）； 观察组修复满意度为97.50%，高于对照组的85.00%（P ＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率和对照组比较，差异 无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论 在口腔美容修复中应用瓷贴面的修复效果更加良好，可更好改善牙周功 能，且具有良好安全性。

Effect of Porcelain Veneer and All-ceramic Crown in Oral Cosmetic Restoration

To study the application effect of porcelain veneer and all-ceramic crown in oral cosmetic restoration. Methods A total of 80 patients with oral cosmetic restoration treated in our hospital from February to September 2022 were selected, and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with all-ceramic crown restoration, and the observation group was treated with porcelain veneer restoration. The periodontal pocket depth, gingival bleeding index, attachment loss, cosmetic repair effect, repair satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the periodontal pocket depth, gingival bleeding index and attachment loss in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatmant, the color score, shape score, semi-transparency score and edge beauty score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The repair satisfaction of the observation group was 97.50%, which was higher than 85.00% of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the observation group and the control group (P >0.05). Conclusion The application of porcelain veneer in oral cosmetic restoration has better repair effect, which can better improve periodontal function and has good safety.
