优质护理服务在皮肤美容患者中的应用效果

摘    要:探讨优质护理服务在皮肤美容患者中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2021年1月-2023年1月收 治的80例皮肤美容患者为研究对象,随机分为常规护理组与优质护理组,各40例。常规护理组采用传 统护理模式,优质护理组采用优质护理模式联合优质管理,比较两组护理质量评分与满意度。结果 优质护理组基础护理、病房护理、特一级护理及重点护理评分高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义 (P <0.05);优质护理组满意度为97.50%,高于常规护理组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 优质护理服务模式应用于皮肤美容患者中效果较佳,有利于为患者制定合适的护理措施,提高护理 质量及患者满意度。

Application Effect of High Quality Nursing Service in Patients with Cosmetic Dermatology

Abstract:To analyze the effect of high quality nursing service in patients with cosmetic dermatology. Methods A total of 80 patients with cosmetic dermatology admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into routine nursing group and high quality nursing group, with 40 patients in each group. The routine nursing group adopted the traditional nursing mode, and the highquality nursing group adopted the highquality nursing mode combined with highquality management. The nursing quality scores and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of basic nursing, ward nursing, special first-class nursing and key nursing in the highquality nursing group were higher than those in the routine nursing group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The satisfaction of the highquality nursing group was 97.50%, which was higher than 85.00% of the routine nursing group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of highquality nursing service mode in patients with cosmetic dermatology has a better effect, which is conducive to formulating appropriate nursing measures for patients, improving the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction.
